The brief

One supplier for four trim types.

Value retail runs on volume, tight margins and fixed shipping windows. Pep&Co needed hangers, woven and printed labels, hang tags and wash-care labels supplied across a full size range, without the coordination cost of separate vendors for each.

How we delivered
